Last month you had a holiday overseas where you stayed with some friends. They have just sent you some photos of your holiday.
Write a letter to your friends. In your letter
• thank them for the photos and for the holiday
• explain why you didn’t write earlier
• invite them to come and stay with you
<span style="font-size: 19.36px;">Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to provide my feedback over my recent experience at your hotel. My name is John Doe and I stayed at Holiday Inn, Bangkok for a duration of 2 nights from 2nd August 2018 to 4th August 2018.
After I checked-in to my room, I inserted the room key card into the holder slot as per the instructions given at the reception counter. Later, I noticed that the electricity power was fluctuating, causing me great inconvenience due to the failure of the air conditioning and lights. Therefore, I contacted the reception for help.
Mary, the receptionist was quite attentive to listen and address my problem. Without any further delay she sent a technician to investigate and fix the issue. I would like to express my praise to Mary as she was indeed helpful in a big way to make my stay comfortable.
Yours sincerely,
John Doe</span><br>
