Dear Jay,
I am writing today to extent you my warm welcome to stay at my house during your business trip to my city. I was so happy to meet you at my last vacation to Manali, and somehow we become good friends during our stay at Shiva Camp in Manali Valley.
After hearing the news from your last mail, you'll be coming to my hometown for a business tour. I felt happy because we will once again get chance to meet each other from our busy work live.
As you know, Its been almost a year, and we haven't seen each other. Thus, I want you to come and stay at my house while you'll be engage with your company business. I'll promise not to disturb you during your working hours on your business tour, but afterwards, I'll planning you to take out to the nearest bar for couple of drinks and some good talk about our lives and well being.
Moreover, I have prepared some plans for the weekend to enjoy and spend some time together such as to go and see a movie, dine-out in your favorite restaurant, visit some of the exquisite destinations nearby city. It will be planned according to your comfort and desires which you want to do in your free time of this trip.
I hope you'll accept my invitation to come to my home during your business trip which is in next few months.
