Letter: You live in a room in college which you share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it very difficult to work. Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In the letter,
〈 Describe the situation
〈 Explain your problems and why it is difficult to work
〈 Say what kind of accommodation you would prefer
Dear Sir/Madam,
The purpose of writing this letter to inform you about my accommodation in the college and room no is 303.
To begin with, I am doing first year course and would like to explain my situation of the stay with another student. Initially, it went well without any issues with a roommate. Later i felt worse about his behavior.
Moreover, I faced so many problems because of him. such as, he is switched on the light for long hours during the night and it leads to health circumstances to me. I keep on saying to turn off the lamp before 10 pm still no luck. Due to these problems, I could not score high marks on my exams.
consequently, I would prefer to stay in the corner room which has a peaceful environment and seeking a mate who is studious and innocent.
your support in this matter is greatly appreciated. Furthermore, an open line of communication, from your side, in this case, would greatly help out.
your sincerely,
Aarthi
