A local school is requesting ideas for renovations. Write to them and include
Problems they have now
Suggestions to change
How they could make these changes
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to provide valuable suggestions and ideas for renovating school. I saw an article in the newspaper
where school wants suggestion from local residents to improve infrastructure of the school.
Since I have completed my studies in the same school, in my opinion, the major issue is with the computer system which are outdated.
I still remember while I was a student, there were constant issue with the computer in terms of speed and memory.
In todays technological world, I believe students must taught properly how to use a computer, because I regret the opportunity which has been
missed while I was a student.
Instead of renovating playground and basketball area, which many students would have suggest, I believe, with that money all the computers at the
school can be upgraded. Eventually a new projector should be equipped in the computer room, which will help students for better visuals and they can
also prepare power-point presentation for their projects that are assigned every year.
I also recommend to ask for clarity from Government,by sharing ideas how upgrading computers will help students in their career, which would help
the school all in all to develop the school as a whole.
Please contact me if information is require for the latest computer system and processor.
I am waiting to hearing from you.
Yours Sincerely,
Parth Patel
