The map below indicates how the Sunnyhills university campus change from 1995 to today.

Overall, a comparison of the two maps show that the area underwent significant development over period show, especially with the increase in facilities.

Look at the first map in more detail, it can be seen that the Founder building is in the middle of the campus university and surrounded by student’s union, Scott library, cafe and Watson building. Watson building was between the main reception and hall of residence, which was surrounded by a lot of tree. There was a car park 1 in the top left hand corner opposite to the bus stop. There was a big area include football pitch, gym and tennis courts, which opposite to the car park 2 and café.

The second map shows that the main reception is in the top left hand corner under two hall of residence and opposite the car park. Arts building and laboratory were built under the Watson and founder’s building respectively. The big area was removed by recreation area, a lot of tree and POND. Scott library is removed to between the founder’s building and a new table tennis. Above the Scott library is the student’s union which is between the squash, courts/ gym and a bus stop.
