ou are studying a short course in another country. Your accommodation was arranged by the course provider. There is a major problem with the accommodation.
Write a letter to the course provider. In your letter:
Say what the problem is.
Describe the accommodation you thought you were getting.
Ask the provider to solve the problem.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment for the accommodation provided to me in Canada.
As you are aware that I am pursuing a 3 months Human Resource course in Toronto and I am residing at the accommodation provided by you. Unfortunately, the place is not upto my expectations. It has a filthy neighbourhood. Also, the flat is not fully furnished.
Since, I am a vegetarian. I had requested for a fully-furnished flat with a refrigerator. As, I can store my food in it. I was expecting a studio apartment with a good surrounding. Also, I had requested for an accommodation which will be close to college.
Could you please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. I will be grateful to you, if you can provide me a better living space near to the campus.
Looking forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Jessica Ayri
