ou are studying a short course in another country. Your accommodation was arranged by the course provider. There is a major problem with the accommodation.
Write a letter to the course provider. In your letter:
Say what the problem is.
Describe the accommodation you thought you were getting.
Ask the provider to solve the problem.
Dear Sir,
My name is Ben and I am pursuing a Post Graduate program at South Asia University. before coming here, I have clearly stated my necessities and I was given assurance that those will be taken care of. however, things are entirely different. This is the main reason for writing the letter to express my dissatisfaction towards the apartment provided.
To start with, I have requested for single room accommodation and a small kitchen facility owing to the reason that I am a pure vegetarian. however, I had been offered a shared accommodation with no kitchen facility. Furthermore, my roommate is a hard-core non-vegetarian. Additionally, it was told that the accommodation will be service apartments with basic facilities like a pillow, quilt and bed-sheet. But none of these things was available.
Therefore, I would request you to change my accommodation as per the agreement before. I would be really grateful if you can take my request in consideration on an urgent basis.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Dennis
