Tell the isurance company what you would like them to do
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regard to the object missed during my trip to France.
because paris has various famous monuments, I decided to take my professional camera in order that I can take unique pictures. it was a latest lg model, which I bought two thousand dollars. so, I use the carry-on sized suitcase to pack all cameras apparatus.
As you know, the paris airport is one of the most crowded ones because not only is it a popular tourist destination but also it is a transit spot. my flight to paris continued its trip to germany. when I went to the baggage carousel to get my luggage, I understood that one of them was missed. when I asked lost and found departments about my luggage, they said it was conveyed to germany by mistake, and they would ask the airline to return it in one day.
Despite passing one month, I cannot get my camera, and no one undertakes its responsibility. Fortunately, I registered for travel insurance from your company based on which your company pays for any lost. so, I would be extremely grateful if you could pay for all the cameras price. I will send you all the insurance forms, the camera's tag, and all forms related to the loading company.
Thanks for your help.
