You normally travel to work by train, but the railway timetable has been changed and the train you usually took no longer stops at your station. Write a letter to the railway authotities. In your letter
Introduce yourself and say how you used to travel by train
Describe the problems the new timetable causes you
Say what you want the railway authorities to do
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regard to the new train schedule. I am one of the residences in the village located north of the city. I used the train number four daily in order that I can go to my work office Because it stopped just near the office building and its time was fine with me. However, the train’s new timetable has changed, and it does not stop at our neighborhood station.
This change caused some plights for me and others. Firstly, if I want to use the old train, I have to drive 30 minutes to another station, and it causes wasting money and time. In another hand, provided that I wait for that train in our station, I will arrive late for my works.
As spoke to most of the inhabitants, I knew that this new timetable causes similar problems for all individual. So, I would be extremely grateful if it could be possible for you to address all these concerns and edit this plan. On behalf of all the inhabitants, I would like to thank you for your help.
Kind regards,
