Some people think that exercise is key to health while others feel that having balanced diet is more important Discuss both views and give your opinion

It is often argued by some that exercises play a crucial role for a better health, however, there are others who think nutrient food is extremely important. I am of the opinion that a fine diet is the best option for a sound health.

On the one hand, undoubtedly exercises provide countless benefits to the human body. In this cut-throat competition, majority of the people are becoming a part of rat-race to earn more money and to become more wealthy by working than others by working mid night or overtime.Due to this fact, their healths are becoming a prey of serious repercussions such as distress, anxiety. In order to get rid of these problems, they opt to exercise, yoga and meditation to remain healthy. With the help of these physical activities, they get a good health. Therefore, exercise plays a vital role for health.

On the other hand, a nutrient food is substantially beneficial for people too. Despite hectic schedule, some people opt a balanced diet in terms of becoming physically fir. Vegetables as well as fruits are a rich source of vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, iron and fibre, which facilitate body to stay fit. It does not only help to reduce excessive fat from body but also enables it to fight with viral infections and diseases. For example, a recent survey conducted by an eminent dietician at Oxford University stated that over 60% of masses tend to consume salad, raw vegetables rather than other processed food.

In my opinion, a diet full of nutrients have more capabilities to keep the body fit. It gives multifarious advantages to them such as glowing skin, more energy and stamina. It also aids to fight with vitamin deficiencies.

To conclude, although exercises and balanced foods have their own benefits to body, a balanced diet is more advantageous to individuals, which provides an ample number of merits.
