Something in an airport delayed you and you have missed your flight.
Write a letter to the airport's customer service department. In your letter include:
• what delayed you
• how missing this flight affected you
• what you would like the airport to do about this issue
To whomsoever it may concern.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to you, in order to bring to your attention, a frustrating experience I had, at the San Fransisco Airport.
Last week, I was scheduled to board the American Airlines flight to Austin at 9am. As per the norms, I arrived at the security gates an hour before the boarding time. However, there was only a single counter open at the security check, due to which, I had to wait for more than one hour. Hence, I missed my flight, which led me to miss my best friend's graduation.
Although the airport is well-equipped with all facilities, the lack of sufficient security check-points is causing major inconvenience to passengers. Therefore, it is my humble request to please ensure availability of more points at peak hours and also, would appreciate, if the airport customer service would provide me compensation for my missed flight.
Thanking You in advance.
Yours sincerely,
Raj
