Dear Mr. Smith,
Greetings for the day!
I am pleased that you provides me an opportunity to do amendments in our reception area, and through this letter I want to highlight about this matter.
Visitors of our organisation made numerous complaints about the reception area. This reception area is very congested owing to this people have no space to stand freely. Along this, there is only one reception who is not able to cope two persons at a one time. Besides this, there is also not desk to writing or to fill the application forms.
Not only this area is the representative of our organisation but also the receptionist helps public to join our organisation by providing information about our current plans. Moreover, this is the only area of our firm which can influence the visitors by providing best services.
Therefore, I would like to say that if we increase the area by merging the store room in it then we get enough space to put some sofas to sit, and also we can put some desks to fill the application forms. Undoubtedly, if we hire one more receptionist then they both can able to full fill the quires of more than one person.
If you do so then we can keep our company's reputation intact.
Yours Sincerely,
Amanpreet kaur
