Write a letter to your manager.
• describe the complaints that have been made
• say why the reception area is important
• suggest how the reception area could be improved
Dear Bob,
I am writing this letter with my suggestion for the concerns received from our visitors with regard to our branch reception area. The major grievance is on insufficient seats. Thus, it makes the visitors inconvenience.
Indeed, we have some visitors seat arranged in the corridor. However, during the peak season, there are many visitors getting cramped in our small reception area and some of the visitors are elderly people who can not stand for a long time. It is important to have a big and modern front office because, it not only shows a good atmosphere but also represents our company brand. In addition to that, people visiting our office gets easily annoyed due to a long wait standing until their turn comes. Therefore,
increasing the seat count will accommodate more customers to sit and waiting until their counter number comes. Furthermore, we should also introduce self-serve drinking water, allowing visitors to drink and chill them down.
Your sincerely,
Sayu
