A few weeks ago, I noticed that there are several broken lockers in the facility. After a couple of day's observation, I have seen possible security fidelity. if the situation continues and is not being repaired, people's valuing properties may be stolen from the shattered lockers.
I was worried about these lockers and reached out to your staff to express my concerns. However, when I returned to the centre, the situation remained the same. Yesterday, I emphasized the circumstance with another assisting worker in the center. To my surprise, he seemed to be indifferent to my distress and telling me that to relax and mind my own business.
It's crucial to ensure safety and establish a trust relationship in the centre. Clients may be turned away if the facility's reputation is acclaimed to be a low-security level. I urge you to navigate into the situation and determine the necessary improvement for the facility.
