Essay topics:

The two maps below show an island, before and after the construction of some tourist facilities.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Write at least 150 words.

The pictures of two maps provided illustrate the environment of an island that was before tourist facilities' development and after the event. In general, the island has changed significantly from the past and has got number of infrastructures and recreational facilities developed for the tourism.
Specifically, there were only a few trees and no considerable place for habitant before the construction. It was just consisted of water around it and a small beach. But, after the tourism facilities was installed, the road ways and accommodations are augmented by a huge number. Moreover, restaurants, reception hall and even a swimming facility near the beach has been added. Apparently, boats or ships are available as a mode of transport for reaching the island.
In a interesting view, even though the places to enjoy are developed in a large scale conspicuously, it seems that the number of trees have not decreased. Furthermore, it is surprising to see that the vehicle tracks have not expanded to the whole island and is limited to only the restaurant and reception area. The path to beach and other accommodations is still by foot.
