Write a letter to a company asking for a refund for something you bought from them online. In your letter including:
What did you buy?
What the problem is?
Why you want a refund?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a regular buyer of your online shopping portal and I am writing to you regarding a defective product which I received a couple of days ago. Let me elaborate more on my situation.
On 16th July, I purchased a music player old songs called 'Caravan'. I had done the payment through my debit card and received the delivery
on the said date. However, when I opened the seal cover, I realized that the handle of the player is broken. In order to report this issue,
I contacted the customer care number displayed on the website. But the number is not reachable and there is no executive available to
address my concern.
Thus, the last resort is to write this letter directly in order to ask for a refund for the product purchased. Please take immediate action on my complaint and process the refund on my order immediately. Also, please make sure in future the salesperson is available to take customer
complaints on calls.
Hoping for a quick and positive response.
Yours faithfully,
Dimple Patel
