What you did not like about the hotel
what you want organizer to do
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the condition of the hotel, where I stayed for an urgent meeting.
You are a prestigious agent and i always rely on your choice with regard to hotel and travel arrangements. My company has been working on a project for some time for an important client. The Project had a lot of technicalities and our customer had some difficulties to run it smoothly. Therefore, in order to solve the issue, I went turkey to guide the client in respect of converting the project into the process. The meeting was on 23rd of October at the Turkey hotel. I stayed there from the evening of 22nd to morning of 24th of October in Room number 406.
The Room was quite spacious and after the meeting, i was so tired that wanted to sleep immediately. But when i switched on the air-conditioner it was not working properly. I had to open the window, so that some fresh air can reduce the heat in the room. The Refrigerator was also not working at proper temperature and all the drinks were hot. It looked like bed sheets were also not charged after the previous tenant as there were spots on them.
This was extremely frustrating, and I complained about the situation to the hotel manager, But to no avail. As hotel arrangement were not according to my requirements and service was really pathetic, hence I want you to refund half of my money and also report about hotel condition to its owner. So that other people do not face the same issues in the future.
I want you to send the money in my bank account.
Yours faithfully,
SAIRA
