Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the condition of the hotel, where I stayed for an urgent meeting. My company Pakistan telecommunication private limited sent me to turkey for settlement of a project. The meeting was on 23rd of October at the Turkey hotel. I stayed in the hotel from 22nd to 24th of October in Room number 406.
Firstly, from a 5-star hotel you expect high-class service especially when you pay an enormous amount of money for VIP gold package. The Room was quite spacious and well-furnished but when I came back in my room after meeting session was finished I found that air conditioner and refrigerator was not cooling at proper temperature. Room was extremely hot and when I complained about it to staff, they confirmed to investigate the issue. however, nothing was done during the night. Secondly bed sheets were also tattered and had spots on them.
Such kind of experience was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable from such prestigious hotel. As the arrangement were below standard and pathetic, hence I want you to refund half of my paid amount. I also want to suggest to give training to hotel staff about solving problems of guest on time and strict policies for room service staff to check the condition of room after the room gets vacant. facilities of each room should be thoroughly checked so that new occupant do not encounter the same issue.
