write a letter to your boss apologizing for the recent meeting you missed at work.1. Apologise for missing the meeting2.explain what happened3.say what you will do to compensate

Dear Perry,

I am writing this letter, expressing my apology for not being able to attend yesterday's team meeting. I understand that my presence was required, along with fellow team members and I failed to be there.

I intend to explain the reason for my absence. Last morning, when I was on my way to office for the meeting, there was a huge accident on the highway. upon approaching the scene, I noticed a young college student, badly wounded and fallen off his bike. I couldn't help but notice that nobody came forward to help this young fellow, so I decide to help this youth.

Firstly, I quickly notified the emergency services and requested for an ambulance. Secondly, with the help of a few good samaritans we helped the victim sit at the side and moved his bike out of the way. Luckily, there was a nurse who noticed that there was an accident and she came forward to offer her help.

Consequently, the ambulance arrived and he was taken to the hospital, where he would be treated for his wounds. Fortunately, the accident was not fatal.

I promise to compensate for the my absence by rescheduling the meeting next week at your convinient time.

Please accept my apology. Looking forward to your response.

Yours faithfully,

Jack Frost
