Write a letter to your neighbour. In your letter:
• Introduce yourself
• Explain that you plan to have a party
• Invite your neighbour to the party
Dear Harry,
I am Brooke, your new neighbour who shifted to your next building a week back. Earlier I stayed in Southend Circle apartments. I am working as Senior Manager in Insurance Company. After 15 years of savings my income I purchased this house. I am a party animal and I never leave a chance to share my happiness with my friends and family. Hence, I planned a party on last Sunday i.e 28th of this month.
As we share common premises it is obvious that some party noise will disturb you. Therefore, I request you kindly excuse me if music and other activities disturb you. I promise to maintain low noise and avoid any circumstance which might jeopardise your peace. Also share my apologies to your family members as well. I take this opportunity to invite you and your wife and children for the above mentioned party. Your presence will not only make me happy but also boost party mood. I have planned some special games for children on that day and I am sure your children also enjoy party thoroughly. Ofcourse I have arranged for drinks and dinner for that day to everyone. Food allergies and priorities will be kept in view for pre arrangement if you mention a day before.
