Dear Mr. Sinha
I regretfully have to inform you that I would want to discontinue the part-time evening course with you.
The reason for the above being is I being promoted to senior post which brings lots of responsibilities and tasks alongside in my current organization due to the big structural change, moreover, relocating to my home town Jaipur for 6 months also doesn't really help as it makes this whole process of the evening learning a bit too taxing.
Nevertheless, I definitely would not want to go your all hard work wasted so I have decided to continue the classes once I am done with the current project which should be around Oct. this year.
In the end, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the hard work you have put in for tghis course, I reassure you that none of tha would go wasted.
