Dear Susan,
I hope you and your family are all well. I am writing to tell you about my holiday plan, hoping that you will be able to accompany me in it.
As you know, I was extremely busy in preparing for the exams that finished last week. This diligence was not only exhausting for me but indeed, it was quite boredom too. Hence, I decided to take a break to rejuvenate myself. Also, it has been long since we last met and it would be a great way to spend quality time with each other.
As per my plan it is wise to go to Nainitaal, as it has pleasant climate with beautiful lakes where we can do boating as well, since, you love boating a lot. According to the plan, it would be appropriate to keep three days for this trip starting from coming Friday as it is weekend also, it would not be a problem for both of us. Rest of the details about the journey have been attached to this email.
Waiting for your positive and prompt reply to finalize the plan.
See you soon,
Rachel
