You and your colleagues recently attended a foreign language training course organized by your company. Now you all want to do some more language training. Write a letter to your manager:
How you and your colleagues felt about the course; why you all want to do more language training; Suggest venue and time.
Dear Mr. John,
I am writing to request you if you could arrange more language training courses as previous one it could be helpful for us.
As you know, last week our company arranged a Korean language training course and it was successful because of my colleagues including me learned so much from this. What is more, our company mostly deal with Korean and Japanese customers so it was helpful to communicate with Korean customers.
Needless to say, to serve Japanese customer well, it is important to learn basic Japanese language. In addition, it would be beneficial for our business due to the number of Japanese customers are increasing.
Taking this into consideration, it is highly recommended to organize a special training from Monday to Friday at 5.30pm in the office conference hall. Moreover, we would be grateful if you could consider our needs and take appropriate actions.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Toma
