I am Anand, residing at 10, Park Tower, Ottawa, Canada as your tenant. I am writing this letter to bring it to your kind attention to the condition of the Dining Table and the Wooden Sofa furnished in the house. Please allow me to elaborate.
It is clearly stated in the rental agreement that the house shall be furnished with wooden furnitures in proper condition. Within 3 months, however, the few of Dining Table chairs started to wobble and the termites started to infect the corners of the Sofa. It has become increasingly difficult to reside in this situation. Although we tried to solve it by ourselves, It has gone beyond our financial limit.
Your timely action is required in this matter. Please reach out to any seasoned carpenter and fix these problems before it aggravates. If it is not fixed within the next two weeks, we have no option other than vacating the house as per the contract.
Thanks for your understanding.
Yours Sincerely,
Anand.
