Dear Sir,
I am Daljit Kaur, the president of the local Royal Club. Our club is organizing seminars in which people from different nationalities are invited to take part in the programme. It would be very thank full of yours if you could arrange a column mentioning about our event in your newspaper. This could make an awearness and support in form of participation by our local people.
We shall discuss various social issues in our meetings. Along with the culture exchanges, we shall talk over issues related environment problem, drug trafficking, women and child trafficking, domestic violence, political issues and so on. We have also planned to organize career counselling and blood donation camp that will run full week.
Our first meeting will help on 20th August, the venue- the Club Cabana with the programme thyme: ‘Global Culture and Traditional Culture’.
All the club members are working with a great energy to make this a memorable movement for all the participants attending this event. WIth the help of your article, published in the local newspaper could create an awareness amongst the local public about our activities.
