Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter in connection with to attain a letter of reference from you to complete my job application successfully in XYZ inc organization. This opening is for Junior Embedded Software Engineer. I have already completed three round of interviews and final HR discussion is in progress.

As you know, I really interested in Embedded Electronics field since my college days. I always wish to have a job in the similar domain and I believe my search will end with this job opportunity. Additionally, this organization does not hire the candidate without reference letter for academic institutions.

The reference letter should contain basic information of the student such as educational background, the area of interest and behavior with seniors during the academic term. Moreover, I glad if you add some information about the soft skills and achievements in college days, For example, I won an international robotics competition in 2018.
