You are an employee in an office, working on one big project together with your colleagues. Write a letter to your manager to inform him/her that some of the employees make mistakes that affect your work. In your letter say
- What mistakes have you encountered so far?
- Explain that others employees complained about the same mistakes.
- Suggest a solution to solve this problem
Dear Mr Ryan Lee,
I am writing to express my grievances regarding the software development project for Google that I am working on along with the team. Recently, the number of errors committed by Kim and Jim in coding has significantly increased, thus compromising quality.
Let me explain some of the concerns raised by other employees. Firstly, many of them have encountered similar mistakes from the duo, when they were together. Consequently it resulted in waste of time and duplication of work. Even though extensive training and feedback have been provided, they still perform poorly. Secondly, David, who is also my senior complained that they repeatedly made the same mistakes, irrespective of the simplicity of the task.
Therefore, I believe they should be transferred in another team which does not involve coding. Furthermore, Could you please hire two new resources immediately in order to complete the project on time.
I look forward to your reply.
Yours sincerely,
Mary Smith
