Explain some of the things your friend must do to look after your house
Dear Ron,
Hope you are doing well.
I'll soon be traveling to Florida for a summer vacation. Meanwhile, I assume you'll be the right person to look after my house while I'm away for a month.
It's been a long time that you've visited my place. Hence, let me elaborate that it is located on London street and the house number is 14. Also, there are few utilities like stove, iron and refrigerator in the house which will be useful for you during your stay.
Moreover, I'll expect you to take care of some fragile things that would require your utmost attention. I've a small garden at my backyard which has to be watered daily. Furthermore, my dog needs to be fed on time as well as he has to be taken for walks at dawn.
I hope it is not a burden for you. I look forward to seeing your positive response.
Best regards,
Jonathan
