You are going on a short training course at a college in New Zealand. You need somewhere to live while you are there.
Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In your letter,
-- explain your situation
-- describe the accommodation you require
-- say when you will need it

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had enrolled for a crash course at a university in your nation, hence, I request the housing director to arrange a living courter during my stay.
Currently, I am working as an executive manager in Scotland, my organization has asked me to undergo a six weeks training session in your esteemed institution, whereas, I do not have any friends or families over there to support me.

I prefer my residential home to be near to my educational academy, apart from that I expect it to be fully furnished and to have basic facilities such as a single bedroom, free internet connection, attached bathroom, kitchen and a balcony.

I will be arriving there on 22nd June 2020 at around six in the evening; therefore, I wish that everything will be arranged as I mentioned earlier, thus, I can start to live there without any hesitance.

I would be grateful to you if you could help me in my hour of need. Thereby, please help me out with accepting my request to provide a boarding house.

Your’s Faithfully,
Elizabeth Manickam.
