You are going to take a short holiday in Singapore and you want to rent a holiday apartment while you are there. Write to the tourist information office. In your letter:
• explain what you need
• say when you plan to be there
• ask for information about prices
Begin your letter as follows: Dear Mr/Ms __________
Dear Ms nick,
I am Harry Martin, last week I booked a family trip to Singapore from you . I and my family are very excited for this trip so we have already booked the jungle safari tour, Disney land trip and a rental car as well. However, I am left with one major necessity that is the stay. I am writing this letter to enquire about a holiday stay that fits my requirements and budget.
First of all, we are looking for a stay near to downtown so that we could enjoy the night life and every other event without wasting much traveling time to hotel. my family includes five members, my elderly parents and my wife and an infant so we need two bedroom house with two bathrooms and a crib for the baby. A house with a kitchen would be preferred more.
WE will land there on 23rd dec and stay till 27th december, so it would be a 4 days stay. It would be really appreciated, if you provide me with the BEST options available with the price quote ranging between 100$-150$ per night stay.
Looking forward for the best deal from you as like you provided for the air tickets earlier.
Yours Sincerely,
Harry Martin
