- DESCRIBE PROBLEM WITH THE MEETING ROOM FACILITIES
- SEE WHAT YOU WANT THE MANGER TO DO
Dear sir/madam,
I am Harry martin, senior sales manager of CVS organisation. Yesterday, we had an official meeting with some of our international clients at your renowned hotel. Unfortunately, we were totally dissatisfied by the services provided by you and I am writing this letter to complain about the same.
Let me explain you in detail. Actually, it was a big proposal meeting with ten of our international clients and we booked the big conference room for our thirty members and we also mentioned all our requirements in advance. Although, the meeting had to start at 1.pm, we booked that room for complete day to ignore any hassle.
The meeting started on time, the refreshments offered by you were very tasteful. However, the problem began when the air conditioner stopped working automatically. Anyhow we managed that but when the power-point projector did not start that made us helpless to explain our project and consequently we had to cancel the meeting. it was an embarrassing moment for all of us, as our clients returned back empty-handed.
To compensate for this terrible service, I request you to book another meeting room from my earlier booking itself.I will reschedule meeting with my clients. I hope you still believe in word-of-mouth advertisements and maintaining goodwill of your hotel by valuing your customers.
Hope to get a positive revert from you as soon as possible.
Your sincerely
Harry Martin
