You are going to take a vacation soon. Write a letter to your friend
Tell him the reason why you want a holiday trip?
When you want to go?
What about the plan?
Invite him to go with you.
Hi Jit,
How are you? I am sorry that I was not able to reply to your letter sooner as I was extremely occupied with office work. In the past few months, the work has been so hectic and exhausting that I have not even taken a single break even on weekends. Finally, my work is over and I am planning to a long break of two weeks in the coming month.
In continuing to date for travel, I am thinking to go on trip during the month of June. The first two weeks would be ideal as my new project will start at the end of the month so I would be completely free. Also, weather in Hyderabad would be horrible in June, so the best option would be to go to a hill station, like Ooty.
Coming to the plan for the holiday, it would be better to take some package from the travel companies. This way the whole arrangement would be taken care by them like transportation, food and accommodation. Although, it would be more strict as we won't get much time on our own, but having the tension for these arrangements would be even more worse. Also, the cost for the trip would be reduced to half by applying all discounts.
At last, I do remember that you had once told that you were also planning a similar trip to hill station. I am hoping that you would agree to come along with me. It would be more fun with you around. Do let me know your plans and if you wish to do any changes then we can discuss on them and act accordingly.
Yours Faithfully,
Madhulika
