Dear Sarah,
I hope ypu are doing well. You will be glad to know that I am going to organize a party for my promotion at work,
and want to invite you on this special occasion on next Friday.
As you know, I have been working for an IT company for past few years. Recently, I took part in an project and company got a huge benefit from my participation. Therefore, the manager assigned me the higher position at the work place. So, I decided to arrange a small function to celebrate my success. Not only will it be a fun gathering, but we'll have a great time to relive our nostalgic memories.
Since the guest list is quite extensive, I,ve decided to have the party at 'The Aroma' hotel in Chandigarh. If you will come from your city, it
would be best to take the National Highway. The restaurant is on this road.
It is extreme hot weather these days, I've booked a room for us in the hotel. So that you could take rest for some time, as you will travel a lot to attend the party.
I hope you will be able to join us for the celebration.
Yours truly,
Haron.
