Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Navdeep Puri, dweller of Huston Street New York U.S.A, penning down this epistle to lodge a complaint regarding the pathetic service which I and my colleagues experienced last Friday. As you know , our company organises a monthly review meeting at your restaurant, thus we usually visit your place for meetings. Sadly, this time we realized that the quality of your eatables are degrading day by day.
When we arrived at your restaurant, the place was totally messed up and air conditions were also not working well. Although the aroma of food was pleasant, the taste was horrible as it seemed that the inferior quality ingredients were used in while food.
Even though I immediately approached to your supervisor to rectify above mistakes, all in vain. Therefore, it would be highly appreciable if you change your cook and staff supervisor in order to tackle with above cited hassles. If you really aspire that we would visit you again , kindly take some stringent action to curb this nuisance.
I am anticipating a prompt and effective action from your side.
Yours faithfully,
Navdeep Puri
