In your letter describe
Yourself and your family
Which area you would like to live in
And what facilities you need in the house.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to enquire about, a house for rent. As, I have been personally recommended by a friend about your superior quality service. Hence, I would request to suggest a house for me, as per the requirement stated below.
I am a young doctor, who will be immigrating along with my wife in the first week of July 2020. As, I will be practising in Healthcare hospital, Carlton road, Toronto. It would be preferred if the house is near to the hospital.
Furthermore, I have a short list of features that the apartment should have. Firstly, fully-furnished, as i will be new to the place and look to quickly settle in. Another is, one bedroom on 10th floor or above with north facing window. However, I am open to suggestions.
Hope, you will get back with the best match within a reasonable price.
