You are not satisfied with the changing rooms in a sports centre that you visit. Write a letter to the manager:
• What the problem is
• How you feel about the problem
• What steps you want the manager to take
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am James Smith, one of the premium members of the Energy sports centre, and I am writing to make a complaint regarding the situation of changing rooms.
First and foremost, I need to appreciate it for providing personal coaches and also a full-time specialist in sports injuries, which are great blessings. I am afraid to declare, however, that there are two main conundrums. First, the plugholes in the bathroom are always blocked up with hair which is extremely irritating. Additionally, the floor of the cloakroom, where we take off and on our clothes, has been constantly slippery with some water on it. Therefore, we are in danger of falling down and hurting ourselves.
Needless to say, I have complained about these issues on two occasions. The first time I came to your receptionist, named John if I am not mistaken, and he assured me to resolve the problems. Another time was a week later when I phoned there, and again I was promised that everything would be taken care of well. Nevertheless, nothing has happened.
Therefore, for the sake of hygiene and safety of all visitors, I sincerely ask you to either create an employee timetable system or hire a part-time worker so that the mentioned areas are cleaned.
Thank you so much,
James Smith
