Dear Sir,
I am a live member of your sports center. I am writing this letter to express the problems all the members are encountering in the changing rooms.
The bolts on the doors and windows are broken, thus anyone can enter the room while we are changing. Aling with this, the curtains are very dirty and smell odor. The washroom attached within the changing room stink. The garbage bins are very dirty and overfilled with waste for the long time. The cooling system in the changing room is also not working properly.
On behalf of all the members, I request you to please look into this matter urgently. We all feel very unpleasent for the services we are reserving. We all haver paid a heavy membership fees adn hope to receive the best.
In my suggestion, I would like to request you to call a pumper and a carpenter to soon get the changes done. Also, urge to arrange regular inspection of the changing room by the staff incharge for the cleaning services work properly.
