You are organising a trip to Paris, France for a group of students from England.
Write to the manager of the Youth Hostel Association in Paris. In your letter, explain
when you want to visit Paris
how long you will stay
how many students are in your party, and what accommodation you will require
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inform you that I am arriving there to explore the Paris city on August 8th, 2019 with a group of young students accompanying. I have already made flight booking to fly to Paris from London, England early morning at 6:00 AM on August 8th. As per flight schedule, we will reach there at airport by 9:00 PM, and after getting luggage, we will be heading to your place, Youth Hostal, Paris.
According to trip itinerary, the stay would be initially for two weeks and four days including arriving and departure day, but there is possibilty that it could be extended to three weeks. Because we are planning to visit entire city having less time, it can be considered that longer stay is expected.
In total, we are fourteen young students and all are above eighteen. If we talk about quest category, I think we all should be considered as adults. We are looking for boudget room category with double bed and heating facility. Moreover, we will have breakfast and dinner at hotel premise.
I am looking forward hearing from you as sson as possible.
Yours sincerely,
John
