You are part of a group of musicians who meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings to practise in the community hall You have been told however that it is no longer possible for the group to use the hall Write a letter to the manager of the community hall In

Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope you are doing well!
I am writing this letter on behalf of all the group members regarding our practicing sessions in the community hall. We are a group of musicians who gather in the hall every Tuesday and Friday to prepare for the next season of AGT that will start in the next few months. However, we have been told that no longer hall is available on those two days.
I understand that the priority is for the kinds of activities that have benefits for society. Let me explain why we are fulfilling this goal. All the members in the group are young adults who have been working very hard for years to progress and achieve high levels of music. As you know, AGT is a famous talent show that will draw attention in the world and performing there can change our life. I believe the most important goal of each community is to grow successful people who can stand on their own feet.
We can reschedule our other plans and make some time free whenever the hall would be available. However, evenings and weekends are more convenient for us as we are working during the day.
Thanks in advance for all of your support. I look forward to hearing from you.
Your Faithfully,
Masoud
