Dear Mohan,
I am writing this letter to inform that the water heating system in the washroom is not working. Although, your plumber team tried hard to fix the problem, unfortunately, they could not result in better output. Therefore, I decided to make you aware of the situation.
The boiling tank of water is not heating the water supply, therefore it is making difficult for us to do washing and bathing every day. In addition to that, the leakage in the kitchen with water supply is making it more difficult to face. Almost every day we have to mope floor of the kitchen before making food and this problem is getting out of control.
I would suggest you make a new water fitting system in the kitchen and buy a new water boiler for our apartment or else refund our deposit so that we will look for another accommodation. If you are not taking any of the suggestion in some days, we may go to the police to complain about this issue.
I hope you will do the needful as early.
