Dear Mr. Daniel,
I had enrolled for a crash course in your nation where, the housing was arranged for me by one of your employees which has issues due to its blocked drainage.
Because of the continuous leaking of wastewater flowing into my living room. I end up spending too much of my precious time in cleaning rather than studying. hence I am unable to focus on my studies.
My expectations were different from what you have actually provided me with. I was promised a single room with all the basic facilities with certain level of comfort, a single cot and an attached bathroom with a proper plumping system.
I request you to change my current room and provide me with a better option by the earliest if not please refund this month’s rent into my account if not I will have to take a serious action regarding the same.
I look forward to hearing a positive response from your end. I hope you will resolve the matter soon and I will not be forced to take any further action against you.
Yours Sincerely,
Elizabeth Manickam.
