Dear Sir,
I am writing this epistle in reference to complain about erratic internet connection in my room. Let me explain the situation in detail.
My name is Ben Shaw, a 2nd-year computer science student current staying in Westley hostel room no 101. I would like to inform you that I having been facing technical problems with the internet connectivity in my room over the past few weeks. Although the internet connection usually works fine however over the past few weeks the connection has been intermittent. The situation is particularly worst in the night when I am unable to connect to the free WI-FI network of the campus. This has made my life miserable as I have to use an expensive data connection from my mobile phone to do the assignments. Additionally, the lack of internet connectivity is also affecting my preparation for semester exams which are due next week.
Lastly, I would request you to take a note of my complaint and send an engineer by tomorrow so that internet connectivity can be immediately resolved.
I look forward to your response and immediate resolution.
Yours sincerely
Ben
