Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to provide my feedback regarding the canteen service which is located in our college premises.
To begin with, I think the staff is highly educated with respect to the knowledge of the cuisines served to the students. This is particularly helpful for me as I have certain restrictions on dietary product intake. However, I would like to criticize certain aspects of the food quality being served during lunchtime.
The meals served are at times invariably cold and extremely greasy. I think that it should be freshly prepared because this can detrimentally impact the health of an individual. Also, the staff is unable to handle a vast number of orders during this time. As a result, students have to wait in long queues at the food counter. Moreover, the prices of lunch meal have suddenly increased drastically when compared with the fares for last year.
Therefore, I would like to suggest some improvements. Firstly, the head chef can be retrained to prepare meals using fresh ingredients. Secondly, more staff could be employed to handle orders during lunch times. Lastly, the managing committee must revise the sudden upsurge in prices.
