Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to notify you that I will be unable to continue the community service activities which I am volunteered in the organization.
Several activities are provided by the organization to help the community in different fields, but I chose to take care of lonely senior and old people. When I joined this specific voluntary work, I did not realize that I will be part of those people`s happiness. I got also enjoyed with them while providing the required care.
Recently, I joined a post graduate program outside the city, and I shall travel to catch the classes which will start next month. The program is for a complete one year, and I will be out of the city for the whole time until getting my graduation certificate. Therefore, it will be very difficult to continue with the team in the voluntary work.
My voluntary work is still ongoing, and the current team are committed with their work. I would therefore recommend that my brother can replace my position as he has much interest in the voluntary service same like me. He will be available from next week, if you want to interview him first.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Ayoub
