Dear Sir,
My name is Dennis and I want to express my discontent towards the product that I bought from your store. To elucidate, I want to bring this to your kind notice that I bought a Nikon camera (Model- ABC) from your Huda City Centre showroom.
I thoroughly checked the camera at the store and tried the display piece to understand the functions well. After coming home, when I checked the camera that I got from your store did not turn off. I, immediately, without wasting any time called up your store and they routed me to your customer care people. I explained the entire scenario to the customer care executive and he assured me that the complaint would be taken care at utmost priority. However, to my surprise, nobody has come neither to repair it nor to replace it. Despite, of many follow-ups, I have not received any update on the complaint.
I would like you to take a strict action against the problem. Also, I would like to get my refund back because I am no more interested in the repair now.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Dennis
