Say what action you would like to take.
Dear Sir,
I am one of your student of Human Resource evening course. I am writing you because I am no longer in a position to attend the classes this quarter.
As you know, I am already working in a private bank as a full time employee and I took this course to enrich my professional skills. Last month I attended the classes with ease. In contrast, this month it seems I will miss out on it. Because recently our bank has launched two new products which needs special training.
So, the bank has scheduled evening training program to enhance employee skills. As the training hours are after normal job hours. Thus, it disturbs my class timings. Therefore, I am unable to attend classes.
I request you, to please freeze my course this term, as I have already paid the total fee in advance. I would like to resume it as soon as i get some surplus time.
I will be extremely overjoyed and appreciate your this act of kindness. Thank you in advance.
Sincerely yours,
Irfan Ullah
