Dear Sir
I am one of the part-time students of evening computer course with roll number 206 at your institute. I am writing this letter to inform you that it is not possible for me continue my studies because of re-allotment in my working hours.
As you already know, I am presently working as a full time receptionist in a multinational company, my working hours has been extended from 4 to 6 in the evening. That is why; I am now unable to attend my class commencing on 4:30 p.m.
However, I would like to ask you if my class time can be shifted from evening to that of morning because I am free at that time. If not, I would like to withdraw my name from the course and request you to please pay me back the fee I have deposited for the upcoming semester.
In an appreciation of your prompt reply.
Thanking you
Yours sincerely
Ankita Sharma.
