You have just spend a week with a friend on holiday .When you got home , you realized you had left your wallet there.
1)thank you your friend for the holiday
2)explain that you left your wallet in their house
3)give them instruction of how to send back to you.
Hi Sam,
i’m extremely thankful to you and your family for arranging such a fantastic holidays. I could vouch it as once in a lifetime kind of vacation everyone dreams about. i’d a great time with you guys and can’t even realise that time went so fast.
I think i’d left my wallet in the white wardrobe of guest room at the rear end of your house. it’s easy to find as soon as you open the first door of wardrobe, the wallet will be in the shelf at your eye level. This wallet is of brown leather with my initials J.T engraved in golden. Although, it doesn’t contain unavoidable documents for example my company related ID cards or driving license. I can survive for few more days without my wallet.
As you know i’m currently held up with hectic work due to overload as such it will be exhausting for me to commute all the way to your place. However, I would need you to hand it over to my colleague David who lives in your neighbourhood.
Please let me know your convenient time in morning or evening so that he can come over and collect it from you. Catch up later on during weekends.
Take care.
Cheers,
Jon
