Explain where and when you left it

Say what action you would like the company to take write at least 150 words.

Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Ahmed Karem, and I am a frequent traveller on your train. I would like to inform you about the loss of my bag on one of your trains, which is a valuable gift from my father.

On Thursday the 15th of January on train number 55 route B, heading from Cairo to Alexandria. When I was going to my office on your train, I had a phone call which distracted me; I probably left the bag on seat number 45C. It was a black leather bag with a silver belt which contains my personal laptop plus my wallet including my credit card and valuable items.

I would be grateful, if you could help me to find my bag by taking the required action in such cases. I also request to contact the railway staff, who were on duty during that time; moreover, hanging a notice with the bag’s description would be useful.

I am looking forward to hearing from you and thank you in advance for your anticipated support. Should there be any queries, kindly contact me on 95782521.

Faithfully yours,

Ahmed Karem
