Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to report my lost luggage and would like to inquire if anyone have turned it over in your office.
The luggage is a medium-sized, emerald green, hard case trolley which have plenty of travel stickers on it. It also have a leather bag tag attached with my name and contact details. More than my precious belongings inside it, the bag itself is of great sentimental value to me as I have been carrying it in all my overseas journeys.
Yesterday, I took the 8:00 AM bullet train from Narita Airport and stowed my bag in the overhead cabin of seat number 8C. I dropped-off at Shinjuku Business District Station and I must have been in a hurry that I forgot to account all my belongings before leaving.
I would like to kindly ask if you could give me an advise if someone have returned it in your station office. You may reach me anytime through my mobile number 0917868552x. Should it be in your custody, I will be glad to pick it up at Shinjuku Station.
Any hel extended will be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Yours sincerely,
Butterfly 8i8
